The Midland Park Police Department strictly enforces Driving While Intoxicated laws of the State of New Jersey. Roving DWI patrols as well as DWI checkpoints are conducted routinely within the Borough of Midland Park.
The Midland Park Police Department is currently utilizing a free emergency messaging service called NIXLE. Residents can go to the NIXLE.com web-site and sign up for free or they can text a keyword MPKPD to 888777, or text 07432 to 888777 to sign up for this service. By signing up residents will receive real-time emergency messages that are issued by the Police Department.
