WHO IS THE MUNICIPAL ALLIANCE?
We are small group of residents who volunteer our time to coordinate drug prevention awareness and education. Our work is primarily funded by a grant through the NJ Governor’s Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse. Some of the programs that we offer are: “Footprints for Life”, an Elementary school program; A Peer Leaders Group and an After School Club at the High School; we also provide the buses at Prom time. Throughout the year we invite guest speakers to present to the community on different drug prevention topics. The Municipal Alliance meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month in Borough Hall at 8pm.
