Attention Pet Owners,
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Midland Park Board of Health cancelled the Annual Rabies Clinic to remain in compliance with the Executive Orders issued by the Governor and for the safety of the staff.. Pet owners are required to obtain rabies vaccines for their animals via personal vet appointments. You have three months to have your animal vaccinated.
The Borough of Midland Park’s Pet Licensing Period is May 1st to June 15th
The Borough will begin issuing pets licenses as of May 1st by mail (280 Godwin Avenue) or via the Drop Box located outside of the Borough Hall entrance door.
To renew your pet license or register your new pet please follow these instructions:
- Complete the attached form or obtain the form from the Borough’s website
- Enclose a copy of your pet’s rabies vaccine (RABIES VACCINE MUST BE GOOD FOR 10 MONTHS—EXPIRING NO EARLIER THAN THE FOLLOWING MARCH 2021)
- License fee – The costs are $12.00 for Dogs and Cats, with an additional $3 if the animal is not spayed/neutered. Payable to Borough of Midland Park
- ENCLOSE A SELF-ADDRESSED POSTAGE PAID ENVELOPE FOR YOUR TAG TO BE RETURNED TO YOU.
The Borough will waive late fees until July 31st. You have three months to have your animal vaccinated and the license renewed.
