Property Maintenance
The Property Maintenance Department is responsible for enforcing the laws regarding the safety, health and appearance of Midland Park's residences and businesses. The Property Maintenance Official is responsible for conducting inspections around town and responding to resident's requests for investigation of concerns, to the benefit of resident health and safety. Violators will be notified of infractions and will be instructed to correct them. Failure to do so could result in a summons to appear in court.
Property Maintenance issues include, but are not limited to:
-Impassable walkways
-Lack of maintenance, deteriorating structures
-Existence of fire hazards
-Suspected Infestations
-Trash, litter or debris
-Condition of residential dumpsters
-Unsanitary conditions
