NJDOH COVID Booster Information

This is a message from the New Jersey Department of Health:

  • If you received your second dose of Pfizer or Moderna 6 months ago and are 65 or older, a long-term care resident, an adult with underlying medical conditions, or an adult at increased risk of COVID-19 exposure because of your job, you are now eligible for a Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson booster shot.

  • If you received your Johnson & Johnson dose more than two months ago, you are eligible for a Johnson & Johnson or Moderna booster shot.

If you, a friend, or a family member meets the above criteria or would like more information on eligibility and assistance in finding a nearby location to receive the booster dose, please call 855-568-0545 or go online to covid19.nj.gov/finder.
